You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order at no return shipping cost.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with all tags and original packaging included.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item. Our team will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return, including worn jewelry, earrings, intimate items, and personalized products, unless they are faulty or damaged.
